Returns/Exchanges

Customer may return unworn and unwashed items, with tags still attached, within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued in the form of shop credit. Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us and we will be happy to help. Please email us at holoandcokids@gmail.com with details on your exchange/return. Make sure to include your name and order number. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

 

If an item you purchase goes on sale within 24 hours of purchasing, you may receive *shop credit* for the difference in price. Just email us at holoandcokids@gmail.com with your order number. 😊
